Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Oripaku. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Oripaku application and services ("Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to register and use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Shards (Virtual Currency)

"Shards" are a virtual, in-app currency used within the Service. Shards have no monetary value outside the Service, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Shards purchased through top-ups are non-refundable. Bonus and earned shards may be subject to additional conditions. We may adjust shard pricing, packages, and bonuses at any time.

4. Pulls and Prize Distribution

Campaigns allow you to spend shards to "pull" from a fixed prize pool. Before a Campaign is published, prizes are assigned to numbered slots through a pre-generated mapping. The completed mapping is assigned a SHA-256 fingerprint as an integrity reference. SHA-256 does not determine the probability or outcome of a Pull. Each Pull claims the next available slot from the mapping, after which the remaining prize quantities are updated. Outcomes are chance-based and may include a physical prize, a digital asset, or bonus shards. Prize availability is limited to a Campaign's remaining slots. All Pulls are final once completed, and spent shards are not refundable.

5. Responsible Use; No Financial Expectation

The Service and Pulls are provided solely for personal entertainment and collecting. You must not use them for gambling, wagering, investment, speculation, or as a means of earning financial profit. A Pull does not guarantee that you will receive a prize whose retail, resale, or perceived value equals or exceeds the Pack Cost. Outcomes are chance-based, and you may receive a prize that you value below the amount spent. Prizes, Shards, and other in-app benefits should not be purchased or used with an expectation of financial gain.

6. Vault, Sellback, and Expiry

Physical prizes you win are placed in your Vault. For a limited period after a prize is won (the "sellback window"), you may sell the prize back for earned shards. Each vaulted prize also has an overall vault expiry. If a prize remains in the Vault past its expiry and has not been shipped, it will be automatically converted into experience points, and you will no longer be able to sell it back or ship it. You may purchase additional vault time using shards to extend a prize's expiry.

7. Experience Points

Experience points are a display-only measure of your activity. They have no cash value and do not affect eligibility, pricing, membership tier, or fulfillment.

8. Shipping

You may request shipment of an eligible vaulted physical prize while it remains in your Vault and unexpired. Shipping is fulfilled through third-party couriers, and shipping fees are payable by you. Delivery times and availability depend on the courier and your address. Risk and title pass according to the courier's terms.

9. Payments

Top-ups and shipping payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to their terms in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by payment providers.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) exploit bugs, automate interactions, or manipulate outcomes; (c) resell Shards or accounts; or (d) interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials in the Service are owned by Oripaku or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oripaku is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items, Shards, or experience points arising from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we publish a new version, we will make it available in the Service. Continued use after a new version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Indonesia.
